Every GRATLINE item is made to order and printed especially for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at info@gratline.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
